Independent Service Provider Disclosure

Independent technicians

OilFi is a managed marketplace that facilitates booking, communication, payment processing, and technician assignment. Technicians are intended to operate as independent service providers, not as employees of OilFi. They are responsible for how they perform their services, including their workmanship, tools, methods, safety practices, and compliance with applicable professional requirements.

OilFi’s role

OilFi supports the transaction and may establish marketplace standards, review qualifications, coordinate appointments, provide customer support, and address reported concerns. These activities do not change the intended independent relationship. This disclosure is not a blanket release of OilFi and does not excuse OilFi from responsibility for its own conduct or obligations where applicable law imposes that responsibility.

Service concerns

No additional voluntary workmanship warranty is currently offered by OilFi. Any warranty or remedy required by law remains unaffected. Customers should report workmanship, damage, safety, or other service concerns to contact@oilfi.co as soon as reasonably possible and include relevant photos or details.
